A top-tier law firm is seeking a talented Associate/Senior Associate with 3-5 years post-qualification experience to join its Hospitality & Infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality transactions, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and related commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on hospitality sector transactions, including negotiations with international hotel operators.
• Structuring and drafting hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and lease/license arrangements.
• Providing legal counsel on infrastructure projects with a focus on public-private partnerships (PPPs) across sectors such as water, roads, ports, and airports.
• Assisting clients with regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and contract management.
• Engaging with stakeholders including developers, investors, and government authorities.
Requirements:
• LL.B. from a reputed law school with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior exposure to hospitality law, including experience with international hotel operators, is preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure projects and PPP frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and legal advisory skills.
• Ability to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
