Location: South Bengaluru


Your New Role:  


  • Doing a through research on the client and on client’s requirement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and provide insights for service improvements.
  • Maintaining a data base of APCs(Antal Placeable Candidates) for our future clients and collaborations.

What You Need to Succeed:


  • Graduate from any degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and grow

What You Will Achieve:


  • Experience working in an MNC
  • Gain firsthand experience working directly with the managing partners
  • Obtain a full-time working opportunity with a 3-month probation period
