- Manage projects that have lower to medium degree of complexity, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and to acceptable quality.
- Plan, monitor, and document tasks throughout a project, coordinating with internal cross functional teams, third parties and vendors to make sure all project milestones are on track.
- Work towards removal of impediments and sorting dependencies.
- Facilitate daily stand-up calls, weekly status calls and run sprints with the project team.
- Support the project team in ensuring lessons learned and retrospectives on projects are systematically collected, shared, actioned in future projects.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks escalating to management as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders concerning project status, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and review projects.
- Streamline processes and ways of working within your project teams.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Should have a good understanding of project management areas like scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, Stakeholder, resource, and risk management.
- Should have knowledge about Software development life cycle.
- Strong skills on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project.
- Functional knowledge on data analytics, statistics would be good to have.
- Should be good at verbal and written communication skills.
- Should display teamwork and work harmoniously and constructively across members from different functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Certifications: PMP/Prince 2/CSM – good to have
