What are my responsibilities?
Required Skills
• Experience working with or in agile teams with good understanding of agile practices.
• Experience working with agile teams delivering technical solutions.
• You possess excellent communication and people -interaction skills and can rapidly build trust
and positively influence others at all levels of the organization.
• You demonstrate a continuous improvement approach.
• ·You are a proven change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals
from across different functions, experiences, and geographies as they work through new and
unfamiliar situations.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• You are intellectually curious and passionate about learning new skills, and model a culture of
continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching. (People, Process, Technology)
• Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, quick pivot, and rapid change.
• Translating product managers’ strategies into tasks for development.
• Serving as a liaison between product and development.
• Providing acceptance criteria.
• Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
• Help and support the UAT team of PM’s and ScrumTeams. Also validate on issues against new
improvements and appropriately have Stakeholder managements
• Foster Team collaboration and help in resolving conflict with logical reasonings and providing
product solutions and valid work-arounds.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame,
retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
Desirable
• Minimum 3-5 years in software industry having basic knowledge of Scrum or having a passion to
pursue Product Owner role.
• Certified Product Owner (CPO) or equivalent desired.
• Knowledge of other agile approaches, like: Kanban, XP, Scrum etc.
• Have worked in any one of the Agile Life Cycle Management Tools like TFS, Rally, Jira,
VersionOne, etc. to support the agile development activities.okok

Your defining qualities

•&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ; BE/B. Tech/ M.Sc. / MCA - (in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent).

•&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ; Proficiency in developing sales training and adoption materials and tools for smart building software and digital offerings

•&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ; Strong ability to create and deliver presentations, marketing kits, and enablement collateral.

•&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ; Understanding of go-to-market strategies, especially for software products.

•&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ; Experience in product positioning, value proposition communication, and product launch in local markets.

•&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ;&νβσπ; Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
