That's where you come in!Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:Experience of 11+ years.Strong working experience in developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-wide applications using Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.Experience with at least 3 full project life-cycle implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.Good knowledge of business processes and strong analytical skills to turn requirements into proposed configuration of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.Good technical knowledge of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central, including system setup, data migration, and development.Ensure that the latest functional features of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central are fully utilized whenever possible to achieve the best implementation for the given client.Experience working in an environment with multiple business units, running multiple ERP systems, and consolidating down to a single environment.Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as 3rd party implementation partners.Global implementation experience.Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business, as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.Experience in mentoring team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologiesRESPONSIBILITIES:Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirementsMapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developersIdentifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirementsDefining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementationWriting and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developersReviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followedDeveloping and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize itUnderstanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projectsQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
