Associate Principal Consultant, HR Employee Engagement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 11+ years
• Strong working experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing engagement programs.
• Strong analytical skills to track and interpret engagement metrics.
• Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and improving employee well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees at all levels.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in employee engagement and HR strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment with diverse teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment, increase employee satisfaction, and improve retention.
• Track, assess, and interpret key employee engagement data to derive actionable insights.
• Work closely with leadership and HR teams to develop programs that enrich employee experience and well-being.
• Research and adopt the latest best practices in employee engagement to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
• Encourage transparent communication across teams to drive collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Develop and oversee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools to understand employee sentiments and address concerns proactively.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance employee experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
