JOB DESCRIPTION:Contribute strategically to develop the ethical marketing plans for the year and lead execution for the sameDeveloping marketing and GTM plans for new launch and existing brandsIndependently drive market shaping initiatives by focusing on execution of HCP (healthcare professional) education and promotion plansFormulation of communication development for healthcare practitioners in coordination with creative agencyBuilding strong marketing programs to engage HCPs effectively. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.Responsible to drive evaluate newer indications/opportunities to expand and grow business through continuous collaboration with ethical sales team Ensure complete compliance to ethics & compliance SOPs, including timely submission of completed documents Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers / Healthcare Practitioners to support Brand strategies and track Brand equity with consumers / HCPsIndependently handle overall brand projects to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner.
