About your team
The vision of the team is to deliver a seamless, joined up experience to our stakeholders, providing a service to our Marketing colleagues allowing them to delegate their finance requirements to a team of specialists. The team will provide the first line of support across the finance function and be key contacts with our external suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
About your role
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Budget Operations and working in partnership with the marketing team, you will be involved in all aspects of marketing finance (invoice processing, supplier payments and reporting). You will be first point of liaison between our external suppliers and key internal stakeholders (Marketing and Purchase to Pay) in order to deliver an effective and efficient service for all.
As a Finance/Service Specialist you will assist the wider marketing team by providing the first line of support across the finance function. You will lead by example; being an expert in handling interactions with your stakeholders and supporting the team to manage our in-house finance tool.
You will manage all the key actions necessary for the timely and accurate management of information from departments and suppliers. You will act as the contact person for creation and management of the resolution of queries from marketing colleagues, purchase to pay and our suppliers providing timely and accurate advice.
About you
On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with the Marketing campaign teams to support them to manage our budgeting and finance processes. This will include the creation of purchase orders, goods recepting, communications to the suppliers and regular reporting.
