Overview Development of PowerPoint design, Motion graphics, rich media animation and text based graphics such as infographics Video editing and other post production work digital assets such as banners, pepfeed creative, email headers, social media assets and short animated films Utlize tools such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop to create Visuals, Graphics & Infographics to simplify concepts and make the storytelling of the presentations and videos more engaging. Support PBNA S&T team Responsibilities 1.Delivery of video and graphics design charter across function Provide support in creating, designing and formatting electronic presentations, motion graphics and static digital graphics Work with supervisor to map out plan of presentation design translating data into clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations and digital, static graphics. Work on the graphic design and copywriting to make presentations useful and eye-catching, including determining which framework to use to create effective slides, and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling. Possesses a strong understanding of creating storyboards and mood boards for both videos and graphics, effectively translating concepts into visual narratives and cohesive design directions. Proficient in creating dynamic and engaging motion graphics using software like After Effects, Premiere, or Blender. 2.Line Manager reporting Directly work with line manager to understand and prioritise individual agenda/workload Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users 3.Process management Input to and evolve communication processes (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes) Work with manager to Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback Qualifications 7-8 years of Experience with Design tools like PowerPoint, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, and other enabling tools Development of digital assets such as banners, pepfeed creative, email headers, social media assets and short animated films PowerPoint design Motion graphics, rich media animation and text based graphics such as infographics Video editing and other post production work Creative to produce the out of the box thinking on creating visual identity/new template/ infographics Highly collaborative – works well with others, including Marketing services teams, internal marketing stakeholders and external suppliers, to deliver results Highly organized and responsive, with ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources and is an exceptional story-teller.
