We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Associate Manager for Onsite Campaign Management to lead and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive campaign performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from start to finish across various media channels.
• Maximize campaign budget utilization and ensure excellent performance (ROAS).
• Troubleshoot creative and delivery issues, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign goals, execution, and optimization.
• Use analytics to monitor and optimize campaigns against key performance metrics.
• Contribute to digital process improvements and help drive operational efficiencies.
• Assist in performance management, talent development, and training initiatives within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in campaign management, with 3+ years in the retail or media industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, ad delivery processes, and performance optimization.
• Experience in eCommerce and CMS environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with digital ad formats (display, video, native) and project management platforms.
