Overview The Learning Ops Analyst, will support Learning & Development across PepsiCo. In this role, you would be responsible for the day to day operational & service management activities linked to the Learning & Development agenda, including efficient and effective triage, query resolution, system & vendor management, data analytics, status tracking, process mapping and desktop procedures. The role acts as an SME in Learning and learning management systems, providing excellent employee experience and high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring compliance with SLA’s/ KPI’s Responsibilities Be part of a team servicing Learning & Development services Superuser and gatekeeper for our Learning Management Systems and Learner Experience Platform (LXP) Perform LXP system maintenance and Operations support Work with LXP and LMS provider to remain updated on system specifications and enhancements Support Coordination between LXP, LMS and 3rd party content providers as needed Management of Pathway, Plan, Skills, Insights and Groups in LXP platform Develop and maintain LXP job aids for users (Learners and Admins) of the system Contribute in creation and maintenance of business process and governance standards Operational reporting, integrating information from various systems to support our end to end process excellence Gather and Analyze data using advanced reporting (e.g. dynamic dashboards) to help inform strategic decisions Acting as first point of contact, triaging, providing query resolution, analytical support & advice to support process deliverables Updating and mainting the information in our content management system Partnering with the wider HR Operations and services team to understand employee data flow, from point of entry through to talent management process completion Deliver high quality, timely and efficient process execution, working to process maps, desktop procedures and team performance framework (SLA’s & KPI’s) Qualifications Experience of working in a HR environment or Shared services role Experience in setting up/managing LXPs (preferably Degreed) Experience of Talent Management systems/ cloud applications (ideally SuccessFactors/ SAP) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large/ complex data sets – experience with tableau would be desirable Fluent in English, additional European languages desirable Customer focused, and results orientated with attention to detail and solution focused mentality Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
