Responsibilities Insights Business Partnering Bring impactful insights for the EU BUs by setting up and managing integrated insights across data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Global Data, BMS) Track business and brand performance by managing category and BU Day to day contact with different BU Sector engagement POCs for requirement gathering, expectations setting, delivery planning, and execution through proactive communication. Build strong insights Develop strong insights based on situational and ad hoc data analysis Able to build story from multiple analysis to answer the uber question. Build ‘stronger’ PepsiCo brands through insights Partners with BU Engagement SPOCs to adopt in-house projects and programs (e.g. SMART, GN, PPD) Qualifications 4+ years FMCG insights experience Good analytics insights experience - end-to-end understanding of the best research approach to best deploy and strong analytical skills Good communication skills and experience in insighting Compelling story-teller & good slide building skills Working matrix organization – excellent relationship builder who can work x-functionally/x-geography/x-franchise Experience working in an ambiguous/matrix environment. Ability to work remotely and build close relationships with S&T ICC based team and manager. Able to see solutions within a number of complex scenarios. Proven project management skills and agility to manage priorities. Strong experience with an understanding of business intelligence, analytics and continuous data
