Overview This role will help us drive accelerated growth results in the XP3 Automation space by supporting the DX team in driving the PepsiCo agenda with retailers and scaling best practices across PBNA, FLNA and Quaker. Specifically, this person will work on a automation capabilities which are highly critical for the sales and category leadership. The decks automated by the candidate will serve towards quick and on time retailer discussions (i.e. Joint Business Planning, Food Marketing Institute connects, etc) and reduce manual effort on part of the sector teams in creating the said decks which would otherwise take a lot of time and effort. Primary responsibilities include creating and sharing visually compelling customer presentations on overall PepsiCo results, driving tool clean up to support customer presentations (i.e. hierarchy clean ups), providing insights based on the reports and data as seen on such decks, and scaling best practices across PepsiCo Business Units within the DX team. This person will also support ad hoc analysis as needed to support projects such as Annual Operations Planning meetings and internal strategy projects. Responsibilities Support Demand Accelerator Category Leadership team Work on Nielsen/IRI (POS and HH panel) and internal data sources, create insightful presentations using in house automation toolfor category leadership and sales teams Work with Regional Category managers on key important initiatives. Initiate the project discussion with stakeholders, understand & collect the project requirements and manage end to end execution of presentation automation projects. Collate and format consumer learnings from custom insight outputs, sales performance reporting, industry periodicals, and social listening resources, etc to help inform and develop future consumer insights strategies Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click (additional questions) required with tables/charts for relevant data Create powerpoint presentations to be used in explaining and clarifying difficult concepts and analytical insights Support simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts leverage external tools like XP3 to automate these presentations Support relationships with the key end-user stakeholders in PepsiCo US HQ and region offices Own flawless execution of Presentation automation exercises Responsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadlines and deliverables Deliver outputs in line with the agreed timelines and formats while updating existing project management tools Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the requested outputs Data Goveranance Implement safe guards and automate data quality checks, e.g., regular trend-watch of data streams to identify and address potential trend breaks. Create and evolve communication processes with Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes) Update PepsiCo pages for key retail meetings and help manage overall deck and ad hoc PepsiCo content and analysis as needed Work with IRI and other vendors as needed to align hierarchies and outputs to aligned PepsiCo totals Qualifications Junior/mid-level Insights or marketing professional with 4+ years experience in a leading consumer goods company or supporting CPG company from an agency. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or analytics Ability to convert data sets into impactful visualizations, leveraging visualization solutions and develop insight synthesis & presentation. Strong design thinking and track record ofdeveloping insights for CPG datasets High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including syndicated data and insights providers like IRI/Nielsen, Kantar, Edge by Ascential, Euromonitor, etc. Commercial experience (marketing, sales, category management) and/or insights experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects at once, establish priorities, execute with attention to detail. Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes. Strong collaborator: Interested in and motivated by working with others; willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience a plus. Language: English Fluent Exceptional analytical and communication skills High degree of organizational savvy Solution-oriented approach to problem solving
