Overview Associate Manager-Cashflow HBS acts as part of the FP&A Global team, supporting Global cash flow deliverables, included but not limited to CapEx, OCF, and HFM global requirements. The candidate will support day to day reporting, validation, and submission activities related to HFM and Cockpit. The analyst will also be expected to collaborate in projects related to HFM OCF mapping and database structure. Responsibilities Validate OCF Cockpit figures and tie-outs on Actual and Forecast scenarios Submit Corp HQ and Flex forecast and actuals to HFM Collaborate with Cockpit and HFM teams surround mapping files and database structure Support the predictive fcst agenda Support consolidation of CapEx Pipelines and review/update status creation of Capex on teams site Maintain MS teams site for CapEx and update Capex Database Create and consolidate Capex pre-reads Load and validate StrFcst and StrPlan scenarios with AI Predictive Forecast Data Support quarterly OCF forecast submission Ad-hoc analysis for Domestic and International sectors Qualifications MBA finance/CA 4-5 year of relevant finance experience English level of 100% (reading, writing, conversational) HFM experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
