We are now Hiring for “Associate Manager - Supply Chain Operations” role at Chennai location.


The Primary role will be to own, lead and manage a team that focuses on Logistics, Procurement and Order management related operational processes. You will be responsible for operational success and delivery excellence, strategic alignment and integration of various activities. You will be applying advanced subject matter knowledge on supply chain and execute operations with excellence. You will also thrive with new challenges, seek to disrupt the status-quo and excited about creating what’s next. You need to be able to communicate at all levels of management from individual contributors to executives and explain the operational execution, execution of projects, determine priorities, scale and trade-offs. You should also understand supply chain operating model and its process structure of Plan / Source / Make / Deliver / Return to develop cross organizational solutions that provide insights and enable decision making to their stakeholders.


Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with


  • Overall experience of minimum 15-18 years with major focus on Supply Chain
  • Typically 4-6 years of people management experience in large global teams and / or organization
  • Superior knowledge of various supply chain processes – Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Returns and strategy requirements
  • Solid understanding of SAP and possess the ability to focus on day-to-day operations and support where required in Logistics, Procurement and Order management processes.
  • Specific experience in SAP Sales Order Management and SAP Procurement flows required. SAP Forward / Reverse logistics flows will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of growth mindset as a leader
  • Advanced strategic thinking skills
  • Must have proven quantitative analytical abilities and process improvement experience in Supply chain arena
  • Proven experience in application of various supply chain policies, practices and systems / tools
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities and drive initiatives in a cross functional multi-cultural environment
  • Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Superior ability to develop / transform business processes and enabling tools that impact supply chain goals and objectives
  • Advanced ability to build forward thinking partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) to partner and collaborate across geographies and management / executive levels
  • Advanced program management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent leadership, management and supervisory skills, including goal-setting, conflict resolution, performance management, budget planning, problem solving, valuation and employee engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (expert level in Excel, advance level PowerPoint)
  • Vocal in challenging “business as usual operating models” and recommending innovative processes / solutions for services supply chain domain
  • Ability to manage human capital in a virtual and global environment to drive workforce development and achieve desired results

“Associate Manager – Supply Chain Operations” accountabilities and responsibilities include not limited to


  • Owns the operational performance metrics, KPIs, outcomes that impacts the business in Procurement and Sales / Delivery Order Management
  • Identifies Supply chain process improvement opportunities
  • Drives efficiency, productivity and cost savings
  • Takes ownership for budget management
  • Develops / implements accompanying solutions to drive simplicity
  • Benchmarks with worldclass supply chain practices and tools
  • Performs analyses that drive insights and performance improvements
  • Partners with various teams including market / theatre teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure process and technology efficiency
  • Effectively manages risk, particularly for high- to very high-risk projects.
  • Manages Supply chain operational activities to assure business continuity and compliance
  • Manages a team of individual contributors who are focusing on various supply chain operational and transformational activities
  • Responsible for setting, monitoring annual performance plans, coaching, and career development, ensures that proper tools are in place to support the team and processes
  • Responsible for overall performance management, talent management and succession planning
  • Achieves diversity and other Human Resources (HR) goals.
  • Applies broad and deep subject matter expertise to solve a variety of complex business issues
  • Owns and drives solutions for the issues affecting the team
  • Actively partners with and influences internal and external stakeholders and / or suppliers at EXEC / DIR levels on a regular basis
  • Ensures compliance with HP and customer HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics, and government-related policies, strategies, and processes.
