What can you expect?
As an Associate Manager, Business Operations
- You would be responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain and operations for multiple product lines within the organization, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the organization's goals.
- You would be supervising and leading a team of operations professionals (exempt and non-exempt individual contributors) providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
- You would be responsible for setting priorities for the team, driving results, and ensuring an inclusive work environment
- You would be driving the identification of opportunities for process improvements and thereby supporting the organizational goals on efficiency
- Develops and implements insightful recommendations to address business challenges.
- Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development
- You would be managing end to end order management and customer engagement for Greater Asia channel partners
- Deliver enhanced partner experience on aspects of order processing. Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction scores related to OM
- Ensure proactive tracking and monitoring of order fulfilment issues, ensure appropriate fixes are in place and communicate to stakeholders
- Periodic review with key partners on metrics, operational issues and improvement of key metrics
- Strong knowledge on reporting and analytics to draw attention to key insights and issues
You would be the right if you have:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Typically has 8-10 years of job-related experience and 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Advanced / Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
- Availability / Flexibility to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)
- SAP Knowledge: Technical awareness (working with IT experience) is preferred
- MS Office
- Supply Chain Knowledge (Preferred Stream – Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Logistics)
- Introduction to HP's overall supply chain strategy.
- Understanding of project management methodology.
