Introduction to Role:


We are seeking a Junior Associate to join our Global Commercial Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS), providing end-user support, and generating insightful reports. If you have a knack for problem-solving, a passion for learning, and a desire to make a significant impact, this role is for you!


Accountabilities:


As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for system maintenance and operations support, learning administration support, documentation support, and quality assurance. You will work closely with our LMS provider to stay updated on system specifications and updates, manage courses, develop training aids, and adhere to quality processes. Your role will also involve communicating with various clients to define requirements for training reports and recommending training solutions.


Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of related experience working within an LMS environment (Preferred: Cornerstone SBX or Degreed or Xyleme).
  • Experience in Content curation and troubleshooting eLearning content issues.
  • Proficiency in eLearning software.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, market dynamics and major AZ business drivers.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design process.
