What you’ll be doing
The AssignmentPro (APro) Administrator is responsible for facilitating assignments in AssignmentPro(APro) by creating new assignment records in APro and maintain records ensuring data accuracy, facilitating international assignment workflows and checklists in APro and ensure assignment activities progress and follow up with internal and external stakeholders when needed accordingly to assignment management processes and APro workflows

Primary Duties:
Create new assignment records in APro and maintain records ensuring data accuracy
Facilitate international assignment workflows and checklists in APro and ensure assignment activities progress
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders when needed accordingly to assignment management processes and APro workflows
Create reports (such as, but not limited to, payroll instructions, cost estimates, salary calculation sheets) and validate its data
Monitor assignee requests submitted in APro and verify the requests are in accordance to Policy
Work with CSS shared services and GTR when requests are not compliant to Global Policy
Create Compensation Accumulation reports
Route cost estimates, Assignment Letters, and other reports/documents as needed for approvals
Escalate systems issues and work with CSS, CoE, Super User team members to resolve issues as appropriate
Monitor and maintain workflows for assignee Home & Host Allowance & Travel Requests
Monitor user access requests; request access changes when needed
Maintenance of Assignee related information/data
Skills & Experience:
5 years minimum of Global Mobility experience working in large, complex global organizations required
Experience with Japanese companies helpful
Experience with mobility payroll and calculating assignment allowances desired
Experience with APro desired
Must have experience transacting and navigating in HR Systems
Must have strong time management skills
Must be able to prioritize activities under time constraints
Must be detail oriented with emphasis on quality control and data accuracy
Must be able to work independently or with little instruction
Must be customer service oriented; experience in relocation, customer service, or hospitality industries helpful
Must be able to communicate effectively in a culturally diverse environment
Language
Fluent English required
Japanese language desired
