The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for an Associate for Global Data Compliance team. He/She should be responsible to support all Europe business divisions by completing Hazard, Chemical, Medical Device and Regulatory Assessments, assisting with the distribution of regulatory documents, extending support on on-going regulatory implementations, and maintaining product regulatory document systems for knowledge management and compliance assurance. Ability to contribute both as an individual and a team player to support the team in Regulatory and Product Compliance requirements, ensuring high quality and process excellence.
What we’re looking for
Education: Minimum of a graduate Degree. Life science will be preferable.
Experience: Hands on experience in Access, VBA coding / SQL/VB.net, C#.net,Python
Preferred Qualification:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Practical Laboratory experience and good product knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated superior writing, copyediting, proofreading and research skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity of basic knowledge in the instrument and chemicals are needed.
Efficiency in a deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent assignments
Proficiency with MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat
Adhere to company’s Policies, procedures, rules and guidelines.

Adhere to the workflow instructions/standard operating procedure provided by the business
Complete all assigned tasks as per Service Level requirements specified by the business and meet/exceed key performance parameters
Liaise with both internal and external customers and provide resolution with a customer centric approach
Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
Develop automation tools to support team in process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency
Assist with distribution of regulatory documents, including loading onto the database, responding to customer inquiries, etc
Support a team of Regulatory Affairs Managers on on-going regulatory implementations
Perform Unblocking of blocked orders after updating Regulatory and Transport Information in SAP
Product regulatory document maintenance in different systems
May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop process improvement reports for setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions
Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the critical project needs.
Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance.
Will be responsible for support rendering in Training to the team
Should be a mentor to the assigned mentees and actively listens to the mentee, helps that person build his self-esteem and confidence, pushes the mentee to achieve his goals, and offers stability and positive reinforcement in the mentee's life
Project lead: Lead and manage the project team, determine the methodology for the project, establish the project schedule, assign tasks and provide regular update to upper management
Responsible for supporting various documenting protocols in the team
