Responsibilities:- Regional GPI strategy development and align with Global GPI strategy.
- Product Development for KLIND and KL Asia Pacific as per the KL group NPD guidelines
- Thorough understanding of development activities and processes in Chemical/lubricants industry
- Responsible in advising to build a state-of-art Regional Tribology Laboratory at Mysore and extend tribology support to the Asia Pacific regional sales, marketing, R&D, Quality functions to cater to the growing requirements of value-added lubricant solutions Developing sustainable products and RM vendors within the region
- High priority to HSE- maintain Zero accidents culture.
- LDC responsibility for open gear product segment. Coordinate with global R&D center/ Regional R&D center to support product development.
- Regional RMI management and work with GRMI team to support local RM introduction
- Management of IP, periodic audits and reporting
- Provide Tribology support to KLAP region
- Team development and management
Qualifications:Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science . Post graduate degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering with 15-20 years of experience in relevant industry.
