We're seeking professionals for our Global Finance & Business Management team in India, part of our global capability center. This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing management reports and presentations for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors.


Financial Analysis is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business Chief Financial Office is on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.


As an Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis in our Sales P&A Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. You will have the opportunity to work with our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams on a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Overseing the design, development & delivery of standard reports, automation workflows and dashboard tools, Subject matter expert for the Alteryx COE Integration & Scheduling process
  • Managing and overseeing of Reference Data, User Support – Communications, Training and Inquiry Management and Creating innovative solutions to management reporting needs; Ensure System Management, administration and testing . 
  • Coordinating the collection of system requirements for the consolidated reporting initiative. Assist in QA & UA testing Develop and manage proof of concept tools (Tableau, Alteryx etc.) to drive requirements for strategic solutions by interacting with technical teams to enhance and troubleshoot system issues and inefficiencies. 
  • Enhancing efficiency and consistency of reporting environment. Enhance ad-hoc reporting capabilities for broad user community
  • Review commonly used formulas and variables are built into reporting universe and ensure the reporting elements are organized, clearly labeled and assigned meaningful descriptions
  • Working with broader Sales Support and business management teams to design effective solutions to management reporting needs and provide supporting databases are designed efficiently to maximize performance. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required with minimum 4+ years of experience in reporting, automation and/or dashboard development
  • Tableau and Alteryx, Pitchpro+, SAP Business objects, Cognos
  • Innovative, self-motivated and solutions oriented. Extensive working knowledge of system management practices
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, able to thrive, comfortable with frequently changing priorities and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and have a strong presence enabling effective influencing, interaction, and communication with senior management. Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; and demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Additional Technical skills are a plus: Superior skills in SQL, Python, or other scripting language & Qlik Sense
  • Subject matter knowledge of finance and business management functions and/or banking technologies/infrastructure a plus
