As Talent Acquisition Lead for LCCI Hyderabad, you will be responsible to build, develop and deliver the implementation of end to end TA strategies resulting in attracting diverse candidates for the site. This position will need to strongly collaborate with the HR Operations, Total Rewards, business/function stakeholders to understand the staffing needs, prioritize and build plans to appropriately staff the positions with best in class talent and within the timelines.
Additionally, the TA Lead is also responsible for creating the University Relation strategy to enhance the company’s presence in leading (Tier I/II) Business schools/Technical universities across India. As part of global strategy, also partner with IBU teams to participate in c-MBA recruitment strategy. TA Lead will also be responsible to sustain and enhance Lilly India’s position as an employer of choice by following through on the aspirational Employer Branding initiatives as per local country’s expectations and any Global directions, if any.
Responsibilities:
- As a Talent Lead, you will oversee delivery, develop and implement TA strategies to support the assigned functions, lead a team of TA specialists and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we hire top notch talents
- Accountable for delivery on talent fulfilment across assigned functions
- Should be able to manage a team of recruiters, sourcers and schedulers as part of recruitment team/third party RPO firms
- Develop, implement talent strategy in line with business priorities and requirements
- Own and improve the recruitment process to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience and also hiring manager experience
- Partner with the business leads to understand their needs, advise and develop the hiring plans accordingly
- Inculcate strong data discipline, ensuring compliance and availability of real time hiring data metrics
- Provide expertise in competitive information, market insights, talent landscape and an understanding of talent needs to assist in function growth plans
- Build strong, respectful relationships with the partners and help elevate Lilly’s employment brand to a highly competitive level
- Promote Lilly brand on the relevant channels, internally and externally, as far as the candidate attraction is concerned, in synergies with the communication strategy
- Leverage on career fairs and network events to drive innovation and enhance engagement
- Advertise, post, source, screen and interview internal and external candidates leveraging on a variety of tools and methodologies
- Devise and Administer assessment tools and translate relevant insights for the business
- Participate to the Global TA community and related projects
- Implement and work to improve site’s D,E&I strategy
- Improve processes and TA governance
- Select and manage recruiting companies, including executive search partners
- Coordinate cMBA recruitment on a local level in collaboration with Global team
- Be a subject matter expert in recruitment through knowledge of market data, industry best practice
- Be the Program Manager and lead end to end induction and onboarding experience for the university hires across colleges
- Be the point of contact for all new joiners in partnership with function leads to provide a superlative employee experience and motivation until they complete their onboarding successfully transition to the respective businesses.
- External Branding and Recognitions: Act as an external brand lead for exploring competitive external recognitions in partnership with GPTW, OPPI and any other such agencies. Work with the HR and relevant teams (Corporate Communications, GM Office, E&C etc.) for having such submissions ready in time.
Basic Requirements:
- MBA/Masters in Human Resource
- Atleast 10-12 years of HR experience with reputed organizations. Should have at least 5+ years of Talent Acquisition and hiring experience.
- Understanding or prior expertise of Technology role staffing/Tech industry would be a preference
- High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
- Should be very good at planning and execution excellence with agility to adapt to changing environments
- Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at different level, analyze data, understand business needs, own interview technicality
- Strong track record of performance, demonstrated ability to show good judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills – Written and verbal and fluent in English language

- Ability to work multiple subjects, prioritize and deliver all of them
- The incumbent will be required to work non site at LCCI Hyderabad Office
- Travel : 0-10% , need basis
