We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager with 13+ years of experience in the US Healthcare Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in identifying technical and functional gaps in client products and business processes and offering innovative solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, including CEOs, CTOs, VPs of Product Engineering, Healthcare Domain Experts, and Senior Technical Experts, to explain complex healthcare software solutions and services. The candidate must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Payers, Providers, Clearinghouses, HL7, X12 EDI standards, and Medical Devices domains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Architecture and Development:
- Verify healthcare software architecture for stability, interoperability, portability, and scalability.
- Develop system architecture, software architecture, system integration, and distributed system architectures.
- Design integrated computer systems and develop application-specific software.
2. Client Collaboration and Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, technical experts, domain experts, and software developers to select appropriate solution designs, business processes, or services.
- Communicate with clients and software development staff to understand specific system requirements and perform requirement illustrations.
- Provide expert advice on the US healthcare domain, project costs, design concepts, or design changes.
3. Technical Leadership and Project Management:
- Develop or approve project plans, schedules, or budgets.
- Direct the requirement analysis, development, and operation of complete software development or consulting engagements.
- Monitor software development or consulting engagement operations. Detect potential problems and evaluate current or emerging technologies for cost, portability, data migration, compatibility, and usability.
4. Healthcare Data Analysis:
- Identify healthcare system data flow patterns, business logic, healthcare compliance requirements, and software components required to meet user's business needs.
- Must be able to analyze existing healthcare IT systems, processes, data, and compliance standards.
5. Documentation and Communication:
- Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information.
- Communicate project information through presentations, technical reports, or white papers.
- Train system users in system operation or maintenance.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Support ongoing software development, and maintenance operations, including installing or upgrading software.
- Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements.
- Research, test solutions, and verify the proper functioning of software solutions, business processes, and offered services.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with cloud-based management and data access software (AWS, Azure, and Microsoft SharePoint).
- Experience with development environments (Java), medical software (EMR, EHR, RCM & Claims Adjudication engines) and database software (MySQL & PostGres),
- Familiarity with operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server, UNIX), project management tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams), and process mapping software (Microsoft Visio).
Business Skills:
- Expertise in analyzing healthcare data, making decisions, solving problems, and processing information.
- Proficient in stakeholder communication, providing consultation, and advising clients.
- Strong skills in organizing, planning, prioritizing work, and developing objectives and strategies.
- Ability to lead and build teams, coordinate work activities, and manage IT projects.
- Ability to conceptualize new products and services for the US healthcare market

Education and Experience:

- 13+ years of experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Proven track record of working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Payers, Providers, Clearinghouses, HL7, X12 EDI standards, and Medical Devices.
- Ability to work in a matrix team environment with both internal and 3rd party development teams (onshore / offshore).

- Working Hours: 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM / 11:00 PM IST
