We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director – Senior Business Manager


Principal responsibilities


The role is responsible for


  • Primary contact point and liaison for senior business stakeholders to transfer and migrate business management activities.
  • Ensuring seamless transition and operationalising business activities transferred to Bangalore; Identification, Tracking and Reporting of activities KPI’s along with building and onboarding pipeline of future activities
  • Delivering first class service and outcomes to our client base,our internal stakeholders; Ideate and innovate to make our processes simpler and more value led.
  • Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes; Incident reporting and management along with timely resolution
  • Lead the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of team and business priorities.
  • In partnership with embedded control officers, managing the risk and control environment via a robust governance, ensuring all risks are understood, reported, and managed within risk appetite.
  • Representing the team in regional and global governance forums where appropriate; Experience of senior (MD and D) stakeholder engagement on an international basis
  • Well defined onboarding execution strategy and implementation plan for transferring/migrating business management activities; Strong alignment and collaboration between teams that make up the business flow.
  • Effective structure and governance to support transferring/migrating business management activities; End to End Process Management outcomes delivered such as capacity creation, end user feedback, optimised workflows; Effective engagement with senior business stakeholders that builds long lasting relationships.
  • Change management leadership, leading others through change with energy and enthusiasm; Identifies opportunities to implement scalable solutions that improve revenue, efficiency and/ or client user experience
  • Critically and logically evaluates information and facts before making balanced decisions; Actively prioritises BAU and change/transformation to ensure ongoing compliance with business and conduct commitments.
