Job Description

REQUIREMENTS :


  • Experience : 14+yrs
  • Ability to manage multiple Programs parallelly and work towards each program success and able to negotiate with different stakeholders for their R-A-I-D items and track them for closure.
  • Should be able to submit invoice, cost management, Account mining activities,
  • Experience in at least one Agile Methodology (preferably Scrum).
  • Familiarity with structured program and project management approaches (preferably PMP).
  • Have extensive experience in execution fixed bid program well versed with all project management attributes (Stakeholder management, risk management, schedule, financial, vendor management)
  • Strong track record of successful full-lifecycle software project delivery.
  • Extensive experience of working in a client facing environment.
  • Excellent team working with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Innovative, flexible self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
  • Skilled facilitator Good team player with a collaborative approach to working. Strong organizational and planning skills

RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • Day to day responsibility for delivery of software development projects.
  • Removal of impediments and blockers to project progress.
  • Take responsibility for the effectiveness and continuous improvement of a team working on a project.
  • Develop and encourage continuous learning within teams.
  • Accountable for end to end delivery of a multiple projects. with in program
  • Undertake project risk management.
  • Build productive client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
  • Management of project budget.
  • Maintain project artifacts (backlog items, burndowns etc.) to ensure effective running of delivery projects.
  • Point of contact for any staffing, performance issue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
