This individual will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, product management, and technology, with expertise in email marketing, social media, and content management.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and execute the product strategy for email marketing, social media, and content authoring tools to meet business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for these areas, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product direction and innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, design, development, data analytics, production and LOC/GPS teams to prioritize and deliver product features that drive measurable results.
  • Facilitate and drive product discovery workshops, ensuring alignment across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Backlog Management & Prioritization:
  • Own the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings with Agile teams to ensure continuous product development and improvement.
  • Balance long-term product vision with short-term tactical needs to deliver both incremental improvements and major innovations.
Email Marketing Channels:
  • Manage the evolution of email marketing platforms and tools, ensuring efficient, scalable, and personalized email marketing automation.
  • Define requirements for segmentation, A/B testing, dynamic content, and analytics.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to optimize email performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Content Authoring Tools:
  • Own and enhance the product strategy for content editing, and publishing tools, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and integrated with other marketing channels.
  • Lead the development of features that improve collaboration, content quality, and scalability for internal and external content teams.
  • Ensure content workflows are streamlined, optimized for collaboration, and equipped for SEO, localization, and personalization needs.
Social Media Integration:
  • Oversee the integration of social media platforms into the product ecosystem, focusing on seamless content distribution, social engagement, and analytics.
  • Drive enhancements to social media management tools to empower the team to create, schedule, and measure content performance effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media and identify opportunities to leverage new platforms and technologies
7. Metrics & Performance:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of email marketing, social media, and content authoring.
  • Use data analytics and A/B testing to optimize and iterate on product features, ensuring the delivery of measurable improvements in engagement, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on the performance and success of the products, making adjustments based on feedback and analysis.
8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding product developments, changes, and updates.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior product team members and help foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Influence and drive strategic decision-making across teams by presenting data-driven recommendations and insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Total 16+ years of experience out of which  5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content management.
    • Proven experience working with Agile teams and managing product backlogs.
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email delivery platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
    • Hands-on experience with social media management tools and strategies, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and newer platforms.
    • Knowledge of SEO, content personalization, and analytics tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting complex data to drive product decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful product launches and optimization.
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
