Title: Associate Director - Product Management  

Experience Required: 5+ years

Required Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/MBA 

Job Description Summary:  

Product team is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the several Sprinklr products and build products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Execution and Project Governance: 

• Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements. 
• Owning product modules, responsible for the entire lifecycle of the product starting from requirements gathering, working with designers to get the designs done, working with engineering to ensure timely development and then go to market of the same, including support and delivery. 
• Work as a product consultant, talk to some of the largest brands out there, understand their business use cases and then configure the Sprinklr product for them to ensure they are able to solve their business problems in an optimal manner using Sprinklr product 
• Use product usage data to understand customer pain points, analyze their preferences & requests and then recommend possible solutions for the product /refine product features based on results and customer feedback. 
• Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with the strategic goals, incorporate feature requests into product roadmap as well as prioritizing backlog. 
• Work as a team to understand product adoption by various brands and establish standard practices to improve adoption 
• Industry and Market trends 
• Keep track of industry trends including competitors and the industry. 
• Prepare reports and showcase demos. 
• Metric driven approach 
• Define metrics with the team and have them signed off by the stakeholders. 
• Have regular review of metrics. 
• Team Collaboration and Leadership 
• Team player with strong communication skills 
• Review team performance 
• Ensure overall team acceptance on outcomes from inceptions to execution 
• Ability to keep the vision and cultural aspect of the company exhibited within the team 

Required Skills: 

• Ability to work in a highly challenging startup environment by maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality & quantity 
• Strong ownership and accountability attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Good Time management skills with strong ownership and accountability 
• Hands on to analyse data quickly to reach relevant insights and understand client needs and map them to concrete solutions 
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management 
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
