Overview As part of the global PGT/Analytics design and governance team this role will be responsible for leading the Analytics end to end Migration and transformation for the Global PGT-S4 Migration Program and strategy across AMESA/LATAM/APAC/PGCS. Responsibilities As part of the global PGT/Analytics design and governance team this role will be responsible for leading the Analytics end to end Migration and transformation for the Global PGT-S4 Migration Program and strategy across AMESA/LATAM/APAC/PGCS. The role will be primarily responsible for design, global governance , end to end delivery of the Global S4 Migration program for analytics. Own seamless technical and functional migration as a part of the S4 migration across all functional Areas – Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, GTM, Finance, Equipment Service, Food Service Deliver and prepare a global re-usable analytics playbook template and approach which can be leveraged across sectors and identify synergies . Own and perform detailed technical design and governance review for the technical solutioning for SAP S4 to SAP BW, migration of BW data sources and downstream applications , optimize and standardize the code, implement best practices as a part of the Global Analytics Playbook. Identify opportunities for redundancies and obsolete objects. Define a strategy for big bang On-Prem to cloud migration and also ECC to S4 technical migration with minimal business disruption. Ensure smooth migration and retrofit from ECC to SAP S4 , manage Delivery ,Development and Governance across technical areas of Data Warehouse, ETL, SAP BW, BOBJ, EDW, Azure data lake (EDF & Sector Lake), other integrations etc. Manage partnership with SI partner delivery vendors , and own end to end capex delivery Collaborate and partner closely with the Sector Stake holders, Business, migration partners, SAP migration SME’s like SNP, Smartshift and internal cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and migration for BU products/Sector/Global Products like NRM, Mosaic, sDNA, E2E waste management etc. which span across diverse/multi region and complex SAP and downstream landscapes. Partner and collaborate with global architecture teams to transition the data warehouses/data lakes/middleware integrations /RPA as a part of the SAP migration and align to the global Enterprise Architecture standards and PEPSICO’s digital roadmap Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field 14+ years’ experience in Information Technology and mandatory SAP implementation experience 12+ years experience in SAP BW on HANA on extraction, modelling, BOBJ, SAC, B4HANA(nice to have), E-HANA(nice to have), key data warehousing and data engineering skills in Teradata, Azure data lake as integration with systems is a nice to have Development skills in multiple reporting /warehousing tools like SAP BW, BOBJ, Power BI, Teradata, Azure data lake, azure data bricks etc. Strong functional knowledge in at least 1 functional domain out of Finance, Supply chain or Commercial. Architectural mindset for SAP integration with data lakes/middleware systems etc. Knowledge on data governance tools like Informatica/Alation etc. Information and knowledge on middleware tools like Go-anywhere, alteryx, UiPath etc are a nice to have
