About the Role:
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading the regional sales operations for PayU’s Outbound Sales Team. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and driving significant revenue growth in the digital payments space.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the regional sales operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and executives to achieve regional sales targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth in the Digital Payments ecosystem.
Build and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Represent PayU at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Requirements:
10-14 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on the digital payments or fintech industry.
Proven experience in a leadership role with responsibility for regional sales operations.
Extensive knowledge of the Digital Payments ecosystem and market trends.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
