Overview Integration Solution Architect plays a vital role in the development of Microservices as per the standards set by the DA&I platform. The architect provides direction to the rest of the developers. Integration Architect also supports various PoCs and comes up with MVP (most viable product) to showcase capabilities. The architect will review existing application architecture and come up with recommendations and propose new architecture. Architect collaborates with Cloud platform Engineers and Testers on global-scale large integration initiatives for ongoing projects. Responsibilities Must have enterprise architecture experience. Proven track record of providing an architecture for mission-critical projects. Experience in implanting HA patterns Depth knowledge on Performance bottlenecks and should provide solutions for the same. Experience in working with large teams to deliver production strength integration projects. Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe Agile) Experience with at least one end-end enterprise implementation using Azure PaaS. Experience working with Public/Private/Hybrid cloud architecture (PaaS) using Azure & AWS Experience with end-to-end application development in open-stack technologies running in private, public or hybrid data centre. Hands-on experience in developing applications using Spring framework. Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs & Microservices Familiar with highly scalable, well-conditioned Cloud architecture standards. Help establish learning framework and organization for DevOps transformation, including the development of training modules for application teams. Identify opportunities to optimize current solutions and perform technical analysis and/or provide “hands-on” technical support on an “as needed” basis, to troubleshoot problems. Collaborate and communicate with key business lines, technology partners, vendors and architects. Expertly manage vendor relationships, conducting rigorous evaluations, negotiations, and performance assessments to secure and maintain advantageous partnerships. Offer deep technical expertise to navigate complex challenges, making strategic decisions on technology, architecture, and product development. Command responsibility for budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, guaranteeing the successful execution of high-stakes automation initiatives and product launches. Communicate compellingly with senior executives, delivering insightful reports and presentations that highlight progress, risks, financials, and strategic recommendations. Define agile development processes, including iterations, stories, and acceptance of increments, while setting ambitious Program Increment (PI) objectives and release content Qualifications Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred. Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior leadership role Skills – Technical & Non-Technical Specify and own the integration-specific aspects of enterprise & solution architecture Govern the integration process across all phases of delivery Oversee technical teams in the design, build, test & operation of integration solutions Manage third-party relationships involved in end-to-end integration Actively contribute to the wider architecture community Work closely with internal and external functions to analyse their integration landscape and develop modernization strategies. The architect, design and implement small to large scale integration solutions adopting various technologies such as XML, J2EE, and Java, Cloud Native Solutions. Design specifications, develop a data strategy and high-level data architecture documentation, which exemplify the source and destination of the database from and to approved data sources. Build data mapping and provide the means of system integration by considering the target and the source. Select the systems and capabilities to meet business data requirements, evaluate new techniques for improved functionality. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing specialized teams and fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to identifying and implementing preventative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in high-pressure situations and prioritizing actions to achieve strategic objectives.
