Overview This role is a Consumer and Business Insights Sector Leader for the Beverage business in the U.S. and Canada. Key Areas of Focus include: Consolidated delivery of Business Insights and Consumer Insights delivery under one team Delivery of Business Analytics to include Portfolio Growth analytics a.k.a. Growth Navigator Lead all Always on Engine & Social Listening insights engagement to the Creative League Studio group in NY Take charge of a large team that is located in two hubs (HBS + MBS). Increased stakeholder interaction across the Brand Insights leadership in PBNA, Marketing and Insights Leadership Will be the Single Point of Contact for all Insights & Analytics capabilities for the PBNA business The remit of this leadership role is to drive deeper engagement of the sector with our capabilities catalogue. PBNA sector wants consistent, faster business analytics and consumer insights services across their brands in NY, Canada and Chicago. This role will report into the Insights Sector Partnership head and serve as a key leadership team member among the sector leads across Global Groups, Europe, AMESA, APAC, LATAM and PFNA). Senior Manager will oversee work being delivered to the PBNA insights VP, senior directors across the brands, SVP Marketing Transformation and VP Creative League Studio. It is also critical to note that the end state of the team and scope of work overseen will continue to grow as the Global Insights group deploys new capabilities like Innovation Forecasting, Change Compass and Demand Spaces. Responsibilities Fully Staff and Lead PBNA business analytics, stand up consumer insights leadership in MBS and stand up new CLS insights teams in two hubs (20 FTEs) On-board, train new consumer insights talent in MBS / HBS who are specialists in consumer testing, social listening consulting Responsibility will include delivering consumer insights capability catalogue services in addition to brand analytics to PBNA Drive integrated insights during AOPs, Strat Planning, Year End Assessments Present to Insights, Marketing and other senior leadership in PBNA with integrated insights, predictive analytics Spearhead simplification and standardization of business performance reporting and PORs to drive operational productivity for the sector in 2025+ Deploy new analytic capabilities like Growth Navigator analytics Pilot advanced analytic projects, creative meta insights studies Qualifications Business leaders collaboration skills to help them answer business critical questions Senior executive level presentation and communication skills. Multiple Stake holder management skills. Ability to convert insights into narrative that answers critial business questions Hands on experience on data tools like Nielsen/IRI, Kantar, Euromonitor and more Understanding of data structures, skills in converting Business Issue into Analytical problem to solve for Expert in understanding multiple types of data like POS, Panel, Syndicated and Primary research data. Ability to visualize data set and identify KPIs that will help descision making. Ability to lead the team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong Influencial skills, ability to work with senior leaders across the organization Strong people management skills Ability to mange day-to-day operations and guiding of analysts Advanced powerpoint and excel skills.
