TheAssociate Director FP&A is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activitieswithin the International business. She/he also supervises a team of IAC FP&A analysts based in India and LACAN supporting the different affiliates across the region, providing coaching and development. This role reports to the Director, International FP&A.
Essential Job Functions:
• Support the further ramp-up of the FP&A Center of Excellence in IAC in India and LACAN, focusing on providing efficient and effective FP&A support to international affiliates
• Act as an expert on FP&A topics and continuously guide, coach and develop his/her team members.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform timely, accurate, and impactful business decisions through working directly with the Director – FP&A, the International Affiliate CFOs and local Finance Business Partners.
• Prepare management reports to be used in presentations to Senior Leadership during month-end closing process as well as forecasting and planning cycles
• Coordinate and support International affiliates to produce robust and accurate financial data and
identify KPIs to enable monthly & quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with Area CFOs to streamline and standardize finance processes across all International areas, and enable high quality, timely accurate submissions
• Spearhead the capability building within Finance organization to leverage new age tools and
technologies
• Continue to enhance key commercial reporting capabilities
Main Requirements
• Master’s degree level education (CA/CFA/MBA)
• 10 years of relevant finance experience and a proven track record of at least 6 years successfully leading large teams
• Strong Leadership skills
• Very good understanding of financial planning & reporting processes
• Excellent analytical and system skills – Passion & ability to draw information from data using data
analysis tool (SAP S4 HANA, BPC, Power BI, Advanced Excel/VBA)
• Personal accountability and strong drive for execution
• Very good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Cultural mobility – ability to work with different cultures
