About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, FP&A, to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and business finance functions across the organization.
The charter for this role will include:
Leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing the development and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Driving the forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Managing and optimizing financial models and analytical tools to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance.
Overseeing business finance activities, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost management.
Developing and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and drive long-term business growth.
Ideal Persona would:
Hold a CA or MBA from a top-tier institute
Have 10 years of experience in FP&A and Business Finance, with at least 3-4 years in a consumer tech startup.
Have a proven track record of independently handling organization-level AOP planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
