As an Investment Consultant professional in our Defined Contribution (DC) Consulting team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop mapping documents and investment proposal reports with analytical commentary for client meetings.
  • Write market and fund commentaries for Defined Contribution (DC) plans.
  • Provide analytics for fund monitoring and replacement recommendations to support the Investment Committee (IC) team.
  • Manage and verify data, correct menu issues with recordkeepers, and oversee governance metrics.
  • Implement fund change requests and establish criteria for monitoring plans.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in all data management and governance processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • 5+ years of hands-on Investment Consulting experience with excellent knowledge of DC pension plans
  • Aptitude for problem solving that relies on complex data, attention to detail, quantitative analysis and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment on a global team
  • Strong quantitative/analytical abilities as well as written/verbal presentation skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • CFA charterholder or any progress to CFA charter
