Read on What youll do in the role: Assist in preparing internal reporting known as collateral monitoring reports (DAR & DARLA) for Commercial Real Estate assets located throughout the United States, including office, retail, multifamily, and logistics. These reports to be prepared according to Global Valuation Standards. Providing support for regulatory, audits and compliance testing. Perform advanced market research, reviewing reports published by industry leaders. Analyze financial statements for historical trends, and compare those to market trends. Lead team-level quality assurance testing to verify appraisal reviews are consistent with credit policies and procedures. Escalate the errors/concerns for corrective actions.
