Role- Assistant Manager - Solution Design
This role is responsible for designing innovative warehouse solutions. This role involves working with warehouse layouts, data analytics, and delivering impactful presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse solution design, and a solid understanding of warehouse automation and business analytics.
Develop and design warehouse solutions using industry best practices.
Utilize Class or Autocad for understanding and creating warehouse layouts.
Analyze data to optimize warehouse operations and resource allocation.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designed solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in warehouse automation and business analytics.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse solution design.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), MBA, or any course in Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in Class or Autocad for warehouse layout design.
Strong data analytics skills.
Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Knowledge and experience in business analytics and warehouse automation.
Certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
