Designation: Associate Consultant - Business Development

Work shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00AM – 6:30PM

Location: Andheri West Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Identify clients from Technology industry and offer Staffing & Recruitment solution to fulfill their Hiring requirements.

Client acquisition and Business Development

• New client acquisition and Key account mining.
• Responsible for the P&L of the respective sectors.
• To identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes.
• Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in recruitment business.
• Get engaged in social media activities to attract clients and opportunities in recruitment business .
• Prepare and monitor progress on business plan and any other duty as assigned by the reporting manager.

Delivery

• Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
• Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
• Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
• Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
• Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times
