Job description

• Ability to manage and contribute during all phases of requirements engineering process
• Supports Product Owner in building of Epics, User Stories and its Acceptance Criteria’s with his digital expertise
• Propose and challenge the Backlog and its prioritization
• Helps the Team understands Stories in the Product Backlog to the level needed
• Helps the Product Owner to verify the Stories after development
• Ensures that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, up to date and clear to all
• ABA can have interaction with end users support and take the inputs to the product backlog
• Propose market best practices to the business problem or opportunity to specific domain.
• Activities: Elicitation, Execution, Validation of Product and documentation.
• Ability to lead workshops with the teams.
• Manage Stake holder and understand Business process planning of activities
• Evaluate high level requirements gathered from multiple sources and to draft functional specification document
  Functional diagnosis of Incidents from production.
• Propose functional workaround of Incidents from production.
• Identify recurring incidents and move to backlog for permanent fix (RCA, continuous improvement)
• Have hands on experience on Confluence and Jira tools.
• Draft from the Mock-up’s/Wire Diagrams- in the User Story for the front end developers for quick design.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Mandatory - Candidates should have relevant experience from IT Industry as Business Analyst.

Exposure to data modelling, testing tools

Understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and ability to propose solutions

Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving skills, should be a go-getter and a team player
Proficiency in French is an added advantage .
Mandatory to have Agile exposure and experience.
