As a Client Services Specialist you are often the first person to respond to a customer about our RMA (return merchandise authorization) support services.  Customers will be working directly with you for the purpose of returning defective equipment and returning tested and operational material.


Under general supervision, the Client Services Specialist will maintains verbal and electronic contact with customers and 1-3 other departments with a primary responsibility of RMA order management.  Order management includes but is not limited to scheduling delivery of replacement hardware, facilitating the return of defective equipment, and issuing licenses so that customers may utilize purchased product.  The Client Services Specialist has a knowledge of many of the company products and processes.  You communicate effectively, professionally, and proactively with customers as it pertains to any concern or suggestion to the RMA process. You work internally with sales, customer service, fulfillment, technical support, and management personnel to facilitate and resolve any customer challenges.


The best candidate for this role will have a proven track record in an order administration or a customer service role within an IT, Telecom, or other similar networking equipment provider organization.
