Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanleys Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across IED ranging from those associated with sales, trading, analytics, strats to risk management. Primary Responsibilities The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the Hong Kong Content development & Sales Teams. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day activities. Responsibilities for this role would involve: Research Summaries: Compiling summaries of published research Tracking Research changes: Tracking & reporting changes done by research to stock ratings & price targets Maintaining the meeting agenda: Co-ordinating with analysts in Asia-Pacific region to schedule the morning meetings on a daily basis Week Ahead: Preparing earnings calendar for Asia Pacific region Events Calendar: Preparing a list of economic data events Speaker Tracking: Tracking of speaker details who have presented in the morning & afternoon meetings Ad-hoc requests: There will also be adhoc requests related to markets Office timing: 3.30am to 12.30pm
