Associate Architect- SAP S4 HANA Basis

We are seeking a talented SAP Technical Architect with expertise in Basis and S4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. The candidate should have experience in leading technical teams, providing guidance to project teams, and working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical solutions.

ABOUT THE JOB (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Design, develop and implement SAP solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Connect with technical teams and provide guidance on Basis and S4HANA implementation, administration, performance tuning, system optimization, and security.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines for SAP solution architecture and administration including HA and DR Setup.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth integration between SAP systems and other enterprise applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Basis and HANA administration.
• Manage the upgrade and patching of SAP systems, including kernel upgrades, system upgrades, and installation of support packages.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and perform regular backups and recovery testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

ABOUT YOU (QUALIFICATIONS):

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions using HANA.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, deployment models, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, maintenance, and support.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Strong communication skills to work with other teams and stakeholders in the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud deployment is a plus.
• Certification in SAP Basis administration and/or HANA is preferred.
