Job Description:
As an Application Developer on our Team, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions critical to the operations of UPS Healthcare by incorporating and utilizing approved standards and technologies in the analysis and design of complex solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and gather requirements for new implementations and change requests.
- Detailed Technical specification and mapping specification in coordination with cross technology Team.
- Develops ITX typetrees, maps, and system related to the mapping specification.
- Develops testing strategies for efficient and error free testing.
- Coding with best practices in mind.
- Collaborating with business analysts and business partners.
- Post go-live support.
- Involves in technical enhancements and automation of reprocessing of messages in case of environment outage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field – Preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Integration development, design, and implementation
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing in a WTX/ITX, IIB developer role with UNIX and PL/SQL hands on
- IBM WTX/ITX development, good knowledge and hands on experience on WTX tools including (MAP, Typetree, Database Integration Design, Integration Flow designer)
- Knowledge in latest version of ITX 9.0/ 10.0 including Design studio, Partner manager setup and implementation.
- IBM MQ development and knowledge on SSL, channels, queues and MQIPT.
- Knowledge in various file format (XML, Flat file, JSON, EDIFACT) and implementing using ITX.
- Hands on experience on SQL complex queries.
- Understanding of Database, table views packages.
- Unix server basic commands and shell script understanding
- Strong analytical and design skills
- Exhibit creative thinking while defining sound and practical solutions.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn complex business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare logistics environment is a plus.
