Location: Chennai


Candidate with Engineering Graduation and Work Experience of 3-6 Years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial/ Engineering / Construction / Capital Equipment.


Experience in handing B2B, Corporate clients, Architects & Real Estate customers will be an added advantage.


  • Generating enquires and finalization of orders, Contract Management, Supporting sales and marketing functions, forecasting and target setting.
  • Meeting customers, consultants to assess their requirements, developing and increasing customer database. 
  • Building customer relationship and post order management.
  • Payment collection from the customers as per account receivables and monitor asset management.
  • Preparing and maintaining customer database, establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend. 
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, Keeping customer informed, updated, and equipped with product development and literature. 
  • Market survey, knowing competitors, generate and attending new enquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet. 
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal, prepare and submitting tenders, attending pre-bid meetings, tender opening, attending negotiation meeting.
  • Make joint site visits along with construction head to meet the customer as well as assess the site condition during the sales process.
  • Maintain and update MIS on weekly basis. 
  • Follow up on proposals and tenders, negotiation and finalizing of orders, processing of orders received.
  • Co-ordinate SIP meetings.

Education & Experience


  • Should have 3 to 6 years’ experience in customer handling role.
  • Should have BE/B.Tech from Govt. approved institution. PG/MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication & negotiations skills.
  • Should be hands on with MS office.
  • Should have good analytical skills.
