Translate requirements into user stories and workflows.Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and assist in UAT and process improvement.Conduct workshops and discussions with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Translate insights into well-defined business requirements and functional specifications that guide the development and configuration of Salesforce features. Help identify process gaps and recommend Salesforce-based improvements to optimize business workflows.Minimum Requirements :Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce domainProficient in Sales and Service Cloud features, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.Experienced in gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and translating them into actionable user stories and specifications.Strong in presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and ensuring clear, effective collaboration across teams.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
