We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Product Owner- Product Management  

Principal responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of data feeds that are used to supply to E-Communications Surveillance systems
• Escalation of daily integrity issues on feed data in relation to data volume checks and variances
• Tracking of open data assurance issues for Surveillance, liaising with technology teams and Global Product managers for timely resolution
• Maintain detailed monitoring procedures including inventories of surveillance controls and incoming data feeds
• Support the Product and Data Assurance development teams to assist with the onboarding of new feeds, data checks, and models to the Data Assurance Dashboard, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collation of alert counts and trends to support monthly model governance checks
• Provide first line query handling for APAC based users on E-Communications Surveillance capability
• Support the migration of Surveillance controls from onshore teams to CoE Surveillance officers, providing technical support and in-depth knowledge of surveillance capabilities
• Testing of surveillance systems to support version upgrades and enhancements
• Administering of user entitlements for E-Communications Surveillance capability
