Pricing – Assistant Supervisor


Job Description


Pricing


  • Evaluate, review, and approve pricing requests.
  • Conduct & Participate in Revenue Management Committee’s meetings.
  • Engage with cross functional teams to obtain, define, establish accurate costs, and ensure informed decisions making.
  • Develop and execute channel pricing and pricing for festive offers to grow business through alternate sales.
  • Conduct lane analysis to identify areas of growth and new business opportunities.
  • Drive growth through initiatives and special pricing on Spots & Adhoc’ s
  • Design and create new templates to win faster through template pricing.
  • Review the RFAD Form and evaluate the information and submit to GBS team for costing.
  • Review the pricing request with BPU Committee to get approvals.
  • Execute the Approvals to sales team for customer acceptance.
  • Maintain the Log and database of pricing request reviewed and approved.

Revenue Management


  • Ensure Compliances to all internal process and develop reports and dashboards on customer compliance & profitability.
  • Create dashboard & report of profile compliance and review with management.
  • Conduct Template analysis & CPM activities to curtail losses and improve yields.
  • Implement yearly GRI to all customers and channels, manage the rate exception process.
  • Execute bid compliance process to ensure customers trade as per their commitment.
  • To provide statistical and analytical data to Management, and Senior Management in a timely and precise manner.
  • Compiles and updates information in standard reports for timely distribution to stakeholders.
  • Gathers data required to respond to ad-hoc requests.
  • Builds databases to manage data for new reports.
  • Generate contract renewal list and distribute to Sales team for renewal.
  • Collect and maintain competition intelligence on rates and accessorial.
  • Evaluate and improve the internal processes to ensure smooth and better results

Miscellaneous


  • Generate and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
  • Visit customers with Sales to understand the pricing environment and requirements.
  • Liaise between Marketing, Business Development and Finance & Accounting to ensure proper execution of Revenue Management policies and initiatives.
  • Resolve customer queries and manage billing issues related to pricing.
  • Monitor performance of large accounts and large reseller bids
