Job description : 


Achieving desired goals: 


  • Revenue and collection target achievement.
  • Product forecasting.
  • Ensure New Sales Productivity target per PSE as per AOP is achieved.
  • Drive by handholding/ coaching and monitor day to day activities of the Field Sales Team to ensure the set targets are achieved.
  • Analyse sales trends and come up with development plans.

Network Expansion:


  • Strengthening for Distributor network.
  • Market mapping, market data collection.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with competitor’s activity

Team Handling : 


  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Worked in the market with a sales team.
  • Analyse sales trends and forecast the required changes in the plan on a monthly/weekly basis.
  • Conduct morning meetings to set the agenda for the day.
  • Analysis of individual sales person’s performance and support them in improving their performance.
  • Periodically review the performance of each Team Member and Conduct annual performance development review.

Compliance:


  • Adhering to SHE Compliance.
  • To work according to company policies.
  • Ensuring proper and timely reporting from each team member.
  • Responsible for team attendance, approving leaves, sales related sign offs and sales colleague retention.

  • Achieving Product Sales & Collection.

  • Expanding Distribution/Retail Network.
  • Develop & Manage Sales Team and Sales colleague retention.
