Full-timeExperience Level Experienced ProfessionalDemand Type Professional (SE headcount White Collar)External Job Description A Snapshot of Your Day As a PM support you are a member of an international team working on pioneering solutions for our global projects that will shape the energy industry of tomorrow. Embedded in a team of specialists, you take responsibility for worldwide O&G, Chemical and Hydrogen projects, executed by the Business Area EAD within the Transformation of Industry. In these lighthouse projects, you are in charge together with the project manager for the technical realization of the system, solution, plant, and their equipment sourced internally and externally.How You’ll Make an Impact - In your new position, you will full support EAD Projects in Industry environment project category "C" and "B“ throughout all the phases from design, manufacturing, installation to commissioning including (e.g. cost, time, functionality, customer satisfaction)- Reporting to the Project Manager, support by negotiations with stakeholders on Change Requests and incorporate them into contracts as well as the subsequent contract and claim management- Supporting by Risk – Opportunity Management by devising suitable strategies for risk mitigation- Supporting with all Project Excellence@Siemens Energy relevant planning elements and milestone work results setting up and maintaining the Project Management Plan and manage EHS obligationsWhat You Bring - Degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or alternatively, professional expertise of several years in an industrial environment is available- Experience in project management support as well as experience in EAD (Electrification, Automation and Digitalization (e.g. PCS7 control systems, transformer, medium/low voltage switchgear, compensation systems) for Projects in the process industries- Knowledge of internal and international rules and regulations relevant for Project Management, execute & support independent SAP purchase orders, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)- Experienced in working in international engineering teams.About the TeamBecome a part of our mission for sustainability: clean energy for generations to come.
