Assistant Professor-Cyber Security / AIML / AIDS / CSE needed for a University in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
Assistant Professor Requirements:
ME/M.Tech- Cyber Security / AIML / AIDS / CSE and/or Ph.D. +3 years of experience in the relevant discipline / cadre approval in any recognized
university. Compulsory BE / B. Tech (Computer or IT)
Experience: Prior administrative experience or excellence in a research domain is preferred.
Published research work will add value to the application.
Skills: Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent
research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Values: Demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring students. The ability to support
Extensive experience teaching in an academic setting between 2 to 7 years or Equivalent industrial
experience with ability to train students in academic environment
Skills and Competencies:
Research or Consultancy Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct and publish high-quality
research work or lead the consultancy projects for student training and revenue generation.
Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage students effectively
in class and other academic settings.
Collaboration: Willingness to work with faculty members on academic and administrative
initiatives.
Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in the subject matter, with technical skills in the
relevant field.
Interpersonal Skills: Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude towards helping
students and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple
tasks
Salary Range : 60000 to 80000 per month (Based on the interview and previous salary)
