Job Description
    1. Analyze digital landscape of Independent Aftermarket in India
    2. Understand different roles in a multi-brand car repair workshop and map their user journey on respective applications
    3. Assist product specialist in developing sprint plan and corresponding documentation
    4. Take ownership of regular product upgrades, patch deployment and co-ordinate with external vendors and Cross Functional teams for the same
    5. Translate market requirements into IT-requirements to assist product manager in product development
    6. Rollout of new software and building interfaces between multiple digital systems
    7. Define test criteria and acceptance criteria for the software
    8. Run product tests and plan for roll-out
    9. Develop and maintain technical documentation like requirement specification, design document, software architecture design, test scripts, user manuals etc.
    10. Manage product lifecycle considering local needs as well as global developments
    11. Provide periodic training to field teams as well as external roll out consultants on new product features

Qualifications
  1. Qualification: Computer Engineering graduate
    1. Understanding of software development lifecycle is must
    2. Past experience in requirement gathering and software development documentation
    3. Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableu is desirable
    4. Know-how of digitalization in automotive aftermarket space is added advantage
    5. Working knowledge of agile project management
